Referral Program Terms
The referral program is designed for genuine customer recommendations and activates only after paid launch.

Reward
The planned beta reward is 25 target credits for the referring workspace and 25 for the referred workspace after the referred workspace's first eligible Stripe payment clears. Signup alone does not qualify. Credits have no cash value and follow the purchased service terms.
Eligibility
The referred workspace must use the referral link before attribution, be genuinely separate, and complete an eligible purchase. Self-referrals, workspaces with overlapping members, duplicate identities, circular referrals, refunded or disputed payments, and activity intended to manufacture rewards are excluded.
Promotion
Referrers must disclose their relationship and reward where required. Links may not be promoted through spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding, impersonation, unsolicited bulk messages, or promises that LISTDIR does not make.
Changes and review
We may pause or change the beta program before a future referral qualifies. Earned credits will not be removed without a legitimate fraud, refund, dispute, or correction reason. Contact support@listdir.app for a review.
