Terms of Use
These terms govern LISTDIR accounts, licenses, directory assistance, payments, and acceptable use.
Last updated: 30 July 2026
The service
LISTDIR helps you prepare product information, identify directories, and manage submission workflows. Directory operators make their own acceptance and backlink decisions, so rankings, publication, approval, or traffic are not guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to use all submitted content, keep account access secure, review submissions for accuracy, and comply with each directory's rules. You remain responsible for the final submission and any claims made about your product.
Responsible automation
Automation may prefill and validate forms, but it will not bypass CAPTCHAs, access controls, or a directory's prohibition on automation. LISTDIR may require your confirmation or switch a target to guided manual mode.
Licenses, prices, and payment
The checkout page states the license scope, total price, applicable taxes, and payment obligation before you order. Consumer rights and mandatory remedies under applicable law are not limited by these terms. Any request for immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment concerning withdrawal rights will be collected separately at checkout where required.
Availability and changes
We operate and improve the service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that third-party directories will keep their forms unchanged. Material changes to paid license scope will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful use, or address a material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to legal retention duties.
Law and disputes
Danish law applies without removing mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Consumers may also use the complaint channels available under applicable Danish and EU law.
